Spade Drill Blades
Save Time and Money with Muskegon Tool Spade Drills
Advantages:
- The drill point - features an unusually
small dead center about half that of a twist drill thus
minimizing end thrust.
- The cutting angles - provide greater
support of the cutting edges for longer tool life.
- The chip breaker grooves - assure
multiple, narrow chips.
- A chip curl - is ground along the
cutting edges to break the chips as they are formed,
eliminating chip choke - no "woodpeckering".
- Reduced down time - blades are readily
interchangeable without disturbing the holder.
- Reduced tool inventory - a kit of
only eight holders will accommodate 256 different size
blades. Each blade can be reground many times.
